  住宿的環境五星級 ！尤其是大廳咖啡廳的服務員， 主動向客人推薦下午茶 ，積極丶親切有禮貌值得表揚。 早餐客人眾多，所以辦理入住時有提醒可以早一點來用餐 ！我是素食者，選擇也很豐富。

  來台東必住，地理位置非常方便！晚上出飯店外面就是正氣街夜市，選擇性非常多！早餐是阿力海餐廳自助式早餐，餐點非常豐富讓人看了就有好心情，是一天好元氣的開始！

  飯店位子非常好 樓下就是夜市 對於台東必吃美食也很近 臭豆腐 藍蜻蜓都是步行10分鐘內 青草茶就在隔壁！ 飯店服務人員也很貼心， 因為我們行李比較多， 退房時還幫我們拉行李到隔壁的停車場並送我們離開👍

  裝潢設施新穎,服務人員態度親切! 自助早餐,提供許多現煮的粥品和麵飯,挺特別的!食材也是非常新鮮,用心。 泳池很適合親子同樂,但可惜有鸽毛和鳥屎！ 整體而言, 還是值得推薦的飯店!

  飯店設施不錯有裸湯三溫暖可泡湯，但早上10點後就停止入場不好下午3:00才可進入，要退房前泡個湯再出門都沒有辦法，早餐很豐盛很棒，牛肉湯跟羊肉湯很好喝，惟一缺點是入住很多5星級飯店現在都有特斯拉充電裝置，只有喜來登沒有這感覺有點遜色點，整體很不錯
