位置比较好，旁边购物吃饭都很方便，但是这种档次的酒店，酒店大门口的地砖都没整好，让我差点磕到脚，有点遗憾～

应该是目前西宁最新的五星级酒店，位于海湖新区，周边环境很好，出门右手就是夏都金街，美食一条街。距离万达广场五分钟路，算是西宁最现代最繁华的地段。但代价就是距离莫家街、大十字、东关大寺等老城区比较远。酒店设计中规中矩，能看出融合了一些藏式元素，大量采用梯形线条和菱形艳色装饰。房间面积尚可，采取透明浴室设计，很细心的在浴室里也安装了电视扬声器，这样可以在浴池里照常观看电视。房间标配的熨斗有垂直熨烫功能，对商务旅客而言很贴心。卫浴备品是temple spa出品，感觉尚可。不足之处一是卫生间下水道有些反味，再一个是普通房型没有咖啡机和音响。支持万达不再提供一次性刮胡刀的做法，这纯粹是一种浪费。建议尽量选择较高楼层，窗外景观较好。健身中心设备齐全，跑步机脚感不错，但遗憾的是不提供瓶装水和毛巾。酒店服务人员素质总体较好，能及时回应顾客需求，客房部苏经理尤其值得表扬，在出现问题时能及时予以解决，给顾客一个满意答案。西餐厅菜品种类丰富，食材新鲜，部分临时雇员的服务意识还有待提升。
