体验很不错，比较适合商务出行，一直信赖洲际品牌，很好的一次入住，酒店防疫设施齐全，各种消毒很贴心。硬件设备有洲际的水准，软件服务这家态度热情给人感觉还是不错，每个房间还配备空气净化设备和加湿器，感觉很贴心。而且洲际的床品一直觉得不错，很柔软。

洲际酒店是我每到一个城市最先选择的，设施人文管理餐饮都是最满意的。这次五一节日的最后两天到了太原洲际酒店，迎宾水果，客房升级景观房，自助晚餐享受半价，机器人送水服务等等都是非常满意。我出门比较注重酒店的品质，都达到我的标准。住的舒适安心，吃的丰富高端。离高铁太原南站不远，附近万象城，下一次来太原还要住在这里。谢谢洲际酒店的员工

假期车位很紧张，房间里感觉很干热，加湿器净化器声音又太大，早餐中规中矩，服务态度符合国际五星级标准，位置很好 带娃逛科技馆等步行即到，总体还是不错了。

酒店设施齐全，亲子房也满足孩子的童心，还赠送了小礼品，泳池有适合孩子玩耍也适合大人健身，孩子不小心打碎了漱口杯，申请了免赔偿，特别愉快的一次体验，可以经常来
