  订的湖畔私汤别墅，环境还不错，冬天的景色肯定没有春天的好，因为转天下雪了没去成旁边的湿地公园，酒店服务棒棒哒，如果吃铁板烧的话得提前预定，桌位比较少

  酒店环境非常好，阳台里的大浴缸很惊喜，孩子在里面玩得极嗨，窗外就是一片湖景，泡澡很享受。

  早餐挺丰盛的，有游乐场动物园等设施，适合带孩子。环境挺好，人也不多，很清净。一层餐厅吃饭，大厨手艺不赖。

  五一假期带家人过来，为了避开拥堵，从北京出发较早，到达酒店才10点多，到了前台询问，有空房间就给办理了入住，还是挺人性化的。但是房间服务就差点意思了，1号入住，到3号退房，房间一次没有打扫。本以为2号上午会给打扫卫生，午饭回来后发现并没有，说打扫卫生都是在下午。保洁人员在下午孩子睡觉，老人洗澡的时候来敲门，我就告知服务员不必了，明天给早点打扫吧。可是到3号中午退房，再也没有见过保洁人员出现。 去酒店泡温泉，前台告知是98一位，到了温泉告知是88一位，可见酒店内部的沟通和管理是非常不到位的。 温泉水质简直没眼看。儿童玩的大池子最脏，水里全是各种污垢，看了一眼就要吐了，赶紧把孩子带出来。欺负小孩子不懂事么，所有池子里最脏的就是孩子玩球的池子，里面全是小孩，甚至有还不会走路的小朋友在里面玩，请问你们的良心何在！ 因为这个玩球池子太脏，就带孩子去了后面一个较大的温泉池，池子底部有深有浅，却没有任何标识，来提醒客人哪里有台阶，哪里水深！！我家小宝只有90厘米，本来是在浅水处玩，可是脚下就是两层台阶，一步就滑下台阶到了深的地方，立刻没了头顶，幸亏有老人在身边，否则结果不堪设想。而且这事在几分钟以后又发生在另一个小宝宝身上。当时只顾着孩子，没顾上找酒店交涉，现在想来后怕不已。 酒店旁边的游乐设施下午4点就闭园了，本来打算1号下午去玩也被拒绝。第二天上午刚带孩子从里面玩完，回来吃个饭想再去划船，被告知还要再买一次游园的通票，才能买船票。这种经营方式也是罕见。 总之酒店周边风景不错，但是人员素质和经营方式、管理手段远远配不上这么美的景色。
