天门最好的饭店了，一切都好，就不一一列举了，特别是停车很方便。唯一不能与饭店星级服务匹配的是服务态度，也特别不应该发生在的岗位——前台接待服务，入住期间共接触过三次，全都是一星级的服务标准，反而在餐厅、客房等环节，服务员反而比前台都好。一个成熟酒店其实最能让客人感受不错的应该就是前台接待。希望酒店能予以重视
