  小童游乐区设施陈旧，游玩后衣物上易沾染白色颗粒；房间地毯清洁不彻底，毛巾存在破旧情况，拖鞋起毛且疑似重复使用，体验感欠佳，另外，前台的服务意识不足，説话拽拽的，完全没有理会我们的诉求，希望能加强管理。

  设施比较陈旧，门锁坏的，请勿打扰灯坏的，衞生还不错。服务态度很好，早餐还不错。酒店环境不错。朝湖的房间风景不错，就是朝北没太阳。

  What a wonderful hotel, beautiful and large. It is outside of town, but there are plenty of on-site food options and amenities. My only suggestion would be to be able to request a Western bed. Probably I should have thought of that.

  房间很宽敞，洗澡热水很给力，停车方便，背靠大奇山，非常放松，适合家庭出游。特别要感谢早餐服务员邓湘云，我们一家大大小小十几个人，需求各异，她每天都非常热情的为我们服务，给我们留下非常美好的印象。下次来还要入住海博大酒店！
