  酒店及时处理问题的态度还可以，另外地理位置毋庸置疑的好，窗外就是富春江景色也很不错，早餐可口，性价比非常高，也下次入住希望能看到一个更好的罗马酒店，期待

  初三几个朋友到桐庐约好到生仙里滑雪，帮他们订了罗马酒店，这家酒店我经常推荐朋友入住，因为我自己每次来体验感觉都非常棒，那天刚好桐庐下雪了，去往滑雪场的路上雪景非常美丽，朋友们兴奋极了，玩的很开心，对于酒店感觉也非常满意，尤其前台服务员热情周到，看到你在门外拖着行李箱，马上出来帮忙，看到带着两个小孩，因为订的是悦享大床房，就帮忙升级了一间超级大的床的房间，还帮忙送了一床被子，感觉很贴心，房间也很干净，酒店停车也方便，入住不需要停车券，只要把车牌号码写给前台就可以了，她们会录入系统，车子住店期间随意进出，朋友表示下次来桐庐游玩其它酒店都不住，就住这家酒店

  这次入住没有 上次入住出现的水源脏 有黑点现象了 店家也说明了情况 是因为清洗水箱 所以水源脏 店家也还是蛮负责的 房间细节都还是很好 一次性坐便套 一次性浴缸套 房间大 卫生干净整洁 设施齐全 位置也挺好的 出行都很方便 停车免费停车位充足 就是卷纸放的位置有点不合理 可以的话调整下会更舒适 性价比还是蛮高的

  位置好离江边走路5分钟左右可到达，围边比较热闹繁华，吃饭购物都方便，门前停车免费房间、卫生间都很大，设施齐全，非常干净，早餐不错的

  服务态度很好，酒店特别贴心配了双卡，方便我们进出，，环境好，交通很便利，房间干净整洁，又免费升级住豪华双床，我朋友说住的很舒服，给他有种住家里的感觉，价格也很合理，下次来还要住这里
