位置在云霄宫附近，低调典雅，清静优美，床品极好，超五星！晚餐和午餐饭菜非常可口，点餐价格不贵甚至可以称之为良心，餐厅服务员态度极好，尤其赞誉的是一楼前台美女，虽不知道名字，但此次武当山之行，她是最暖心的一位，下午5点30排队下索道到琼台已经6点多，全是下山大巴，没有直接到酒店的大巴了，前台多次联系景区调度，并多次联系我们告知我们还有车上行，终于到达酒店，真的感谢！

客人到了山脚下没有提供相应的接待，让我们拉着行李走了好多台阶，真是太累了，并且回程还是旁边酒店的老板帮我们拦了辆车，不然又要走到站台去才能乘车，太不方便了

我们到了山脚下不知道需要自己坐巴士上山，由于行李箱多还有很多台阶要自己搬上来，所以觉得酒店在这方面需要改进，还有下山时要自己走到站台，还是旁边的酒店的老板帮忙招车才省去一段路程，这太不人性化了，极需改进
