酒店的前台工作人员很热情，添加的有他们客服微信，回复微信的那个工作人员也很好，有求必应，餐厅员工也很亲切，酒店卫生，干净，我们连续住了6天，元宵节那天还送了元宵甜汤，我们住的滚滚乐床很大，住的很舒心，值得推荐✅ 就是有一点头两天浴室的热水不是很热，后几天就太热了。热水温度不是很好控制。望改进奥

前台包括清洁员等服务态度都很热情、很有礼貌，尤其是小曹，新开的酒店环境比较干净，内饰精致舒适，酒店房间里还有连蓝牙的音响！投影仪质量也很好，大屏看着很舒服。早上的早餐挺好吃的～有粥，馒头，土豆泥啥的，还有热干面，现做的，比较满意。早上起不来早餐还可以送上来，挺好的。外卖可以用机器人直接送到门口，就是说对懒癌人真的很友好。

酒店位于秦园中路，距离地铁站很近，酒店前台很热情，房间在二楼，干净整洁，房间大小适中，内部设施也很齐全，早餐也不错，赞一个。

位置优越交通便利，公交车站出门几分钟就走到了。酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，住得很舒服。前台人员服务都很好，尤其是前台小左很主动，热情。离店的时候还送了小孩子的礼物，很体贴很知书达礼。早餐不错，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高。价格在市区中不算贵，住宿的环境、卫生等比同价的连锁酒店好多了，服务态度规范，值得推荐，虽然装修时间不久，但是无异味。隔音超级棒，枕头床垫舒服！

这家酒店很不错，以下是这几点:1.位置很好找。 2.前台小左服务人员的态度都非常好。 3.房间很干净，布局和装修都很不错。淋浴间和马桶间是干湿分离的。洗发水和沐浴露很好用（住过各种各样的酒店，五星级的也不少，到感觉这家的沐浴用品最惊艳）。 4.床品挺舒服，被子枕头床单被罩，品质都不错。 5.大堂的桌子上有各种细心准备的物品，比如皮筋，棉签，创口贴，燕尾夹，针线包等等。 6.房间里还有免费的矿泉水和咖啡。 7.前台的糖果很好吃 8.总之都很满意！！
