  环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员小钱很主动热情，乐于提供各种帮助，有问必答。设施很人性化，无线网络信号好，窗外风景好。 开窗很通风不是那种小窗户，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住。

  首先 酒店位置靠近武汉欢乐谷 比较方便，去市区相对来说还是有点距离。在我入住前的前两个小时就打电话询问我入住时有什么需求，比较用心。酒店内部大堂整洁明亮很舒适，前台小曹在办理入住时也非常的贴心，给予好评。然而，房间设施还是有一些问题。这次订的是大床房，房间竟然不配备冰箱和浴袍。向酒店询问冰箱问题时表示只有行政楼层才有冰箱，我觉得这对于一个高档型酒店来说是个错误。小冰箱属于基础设施，就连华住会旗下的小商务型酒店房间都是标配，浴袍也是如此。房间的厕所门上的橡胶条也有脱落痕迹。希望客房部可以联系一下工程部尽快维修。总的来说，软件是非常棒的 服务也很好，硬件是硬伤...

  住了几次了，每次体验都不错。房间干净舒适，整洁，前台服务热情，对小钱印象很深，打扫卫生的阿姨也很亲切。房间有个很大的窗户，通风效果不错，还有茶桌可以喝茶吹风，窗外的风景很好，采光也不错，交通便利，停车方便。

  昨天入住这家酒店，设施设备很新，服务很周到，特别是前台小张和小钱，带我看客房，针对我的需求，一点一点的给我解答，让我对这家酒店印象很不错，看完房后就决定到贵酒店入住了，一次不错的入住体验，而且这里里火车站很近，出行还比较便利。
