体验不好，入住要担保金可以理解，但酒店退房都快一个星期还不反馈入住就不好了，非要我催客服，才让酒店才给办理入住反馈！有的酒店就很好，入住立马显示入住！离店就可以收到退款！希望艺龙能监督好酒店，该怎样就怎样，别拖拉！

设施陈旧，没网没wifi，老旧的电视只能看几个台，还算干净，没异味，早上六点有一男的竟然开门进去了，然后他惊呼这里面怎么有人，然后嘱咐我走时关灯，太！扯！了！
