  赞～～服务超nice，卫生干净，位置距离机场也很近。大概需要20分钟车程。还是非常方便滴～入住前天使程蕾小姐姐帮我提前准备了房间，还特意放了加湿器，退房还帮忙邮寄了遗留的衣服，非常贴心！

  超级赞的入住体验！跟朋友来新疆滑雪！选择了这里！感谢程蕾热情周到的服务，入住前也专门问询了我们房间要求，特意帮我们分在同一层方便了很多，到了酒店也非常热情的接待我们，一路指引我们去房间，一路上给我们介绍了周边的吃喝玩乐，很贴心！房间设施齐全，装修风格我也非常喜欢！服务好，宾至如归！有机会来新疆还住这里！

  每次来新疆都住这里，酒店位置很好，旁边就是万达广场，配套齐全！重要的是服务很好！这次入住，文华天使Demi给我提前准备好了房间，房间采光很好，楼层安静，非常温馨，宾至如归！感谢！大厅装修华丽，大厅的水晶灯，挂毯，很漂亮！大堂桌子也有展示的民族乐器，非常有特色！乌市值得推荐的一家酒店！

  住的很满意的酒店，服务满分，从进酒店到办入住，离店等体验都很不错，下次还来住，前台Alice服务很好，热情有耐心，点赞，帮了我很多忙，离店的客遗也很快帮我拿到了，谢谢她，酒店设施设备不错，房间宽敞卫生，干净整洁，酒店位置也很好，旁边就是万达广场，购物非常方便，周围小吃非常多，距离机场高铁站都非常近，出行很方便，出行必选之地，推荐。
