  #2022趣玩建发酒店 服务意识非常好，特别是前台管家小黎和Joan特别热情，服务态度很好，有问必答，服务效率高，管家书艺退房还赠送了酒店的茶礼，推荐了酒店的甄选火锅，还有入夜仪式，参加了酒店的趣玩活动，现场气氛特别好，详细介绍鹭悦会会员权益，还可以享受延迟退房。管家的服务特别棒，再次点赞小黎和Joan ，酒店的位置和风景都很好，设施保养得也不错。早餐新鲜丰盛，用餐环境好。配套娱乐设施齐全，健身房泳池都有，整体服务对得起价格，性价比满分

  和家人来到美丽的武夷山，入住大红袍山庄是最正确的选择。这里不仅环境优美，交通方便，服务也非常的热情。管家Joan非常热情专业地向我们介绍了酒店的设施和武夷山当地的美食及游玩攻略，山庄的工作人员都很友好有礼貌，特别是两名管家小姐姐Joan和小艺热情接待有求必应，入往时热情迎接，离开时在大门处送别，住在这里有种宾至如归的感觉，安心又舒心。早餐丰盛可口，房间的迷你吧酒水免费饮用，以后一定会再来。

  武夷山大红袍山庄，武夷山的国宾馆，园林式建筑，环境优美，空气清新，山庄里有茶山、古码头，1500m的跑步道，适合亲子度假。早餐丰盛，有武夷特色小吃，也有中西合壁的菜式。最值得称赞的是服务细节，欢迎茶点、趣玩建发酒店活动都给春节假期增加了欢乐气氛，尤其是管家Joan、书艺热情周到，服务细节到位，让人有回到家的感觉。值得再次入住的酒店。

  很棒的一家酒店，有一趟接站服务，适合高铁游。入住当天，管家Joan发来欢迎短信：“因住山庄逢茶话，可得浮生半日闲。”，另介绍武夷山的天气，提示多穿衣。入住也是她接的，送了欢迎毛巾和茶水，详细地介绍了酒店和周边的一些攻略。晚上客房特意为我们准备了一份无糖的银耳莲子汤，不错，早餐也很丰盛。次日园区散步，管家书艺看到我，特意为我准备雨伞。酒店环境优美，安静奢华，客房温暖舒适，办理入住退房都很快，离景区也近。尤其是书艺和Joan两位管家的服务，特别舒服。推荐给大家。

  酒店环境很好，服务优质，我们很满意。入住前收到管家欢迎短信，有一趟免费的接或送站服务，入住时管家送了茶礼。前厅服务员热情周到，操作专业。管家Joan是我们在住期间的对接管家，随时在线为我们服务，包括建议我们避开高温期、帮我们关注竹筏动态等等。酒店泳池很大，有一个刷卡可以使用的自助健身房。下午茶饮品酸梅汤不错。孩子临时要写作业，联系Joan后帮我把试卷成功打印了出来。我和我先生都觉得是家不错的酒店。
