在e龙大概提前5天左右订的房，也收到了e龙的确认信息，但出发前一天酒店却打电话来说房不够让我两间房改成一间套房给我加床，我没同意，酒店说那和其他客人去协商，我主管去就好，结果到酒店也还是只有一间房先出来，另一间房等了近两小时才给办理入住！
