每次到厦门都住这酒店，性价比不错。这次预订普通大床房，第三方却搞成无窗大床房，订了不能退的。后来只能与酒店协商，自己加钱升级商务房。以后决不定不能退的，酒店不错，第三方差。

当时离店的时候。给我说的是预授权取消，多给的钱会退给我。后来我打电话给银行却不是做的预授权，让我不明不白的给多了几百块，就这样欺骗消费者的？
