第一天在美团下的单，钱也扣了，到酒店办理入住居然显示预订失败，中途也没有收到预订失败的电话和短信，也是无语了，问前台什么原因一下说是没房了，接着又说没收到订单，全是在忽悠你，再到美团网预订同一种房型居然从600多变成了800多，带着小朋友，开车几个小时，也懒得去换酒店了，只能认栽！在前台办理入住时，我用手机截图订单发给美团，前台的一服务员极不友善的说我拍了她，好无语，已经跟她说了没拍她，还是从前台追我到电梯口，搞得要大发雷霆才说不是这个意思，影响我旅行的心情，五星级的酒店一星的服务！

因为是新建的，所以设施特别棒。马桶是新式的，房间很干净。因为是高峰，服务有点跟不上。值得一提的是他们的小饼干，真心是我的style.巧克力和坚果碎还有甜度都是我的菜。
