下午两点都协调不出来一个房间，要不是我催，还要让我等一个小时，感觉管理有问题，要不就是春节期间人手不够！不能接受一个没有浴缸的五星酒店！淋浴间跟情趣酒店一样，看第二张图片是刚进来床头的卫生！跟上海的英迪格完全不能比！1500多无早！如此！

精品酒店是没有星级等级的，房间设施完善可以，订的海景房1298元被安排分到3楼，实在没什么景色可看，就看到马路和大树！有点气愤，服务是热情的，但是酒店电梯不能直通地下停车场，行李要自己拉着走一段路才能从正门进酒店！这对于这样高价的酒店好像格格不入！也没人帮你推行李，喜来登1000多的酒店服务员匆匆忙忙就帮你推行李！希望你价格抬高可以，服务要跟上，不然很难有下次。
