实在是不想说，酒店自己没有确认清楚，一直说携程没有与酒店确认，没有我的订单，我把确认短信跟订单信息都给服务员看了，还是一直说没有我的订单，态度非常强硬，还说没有房了，后来自己再翻翻到了，一句道歉都没有，翻到了就有房了，前台服务真的是太差了
