  酒店地理位置很好，步行到中山路很近，一路上都有很多小吃。和酒店人员了解到，是他们和业主有合同纠纷，业主不续租了，估计最多营业到年底就要搬走了。酒店的服务还是很好的，这个价位相当有性价品，来厦门旅行的可以推荐，去北站，鼓浪屿，厦大都很方便，要提醒的是现在厦门大学也要预约才能进去。鼓浪屿也要提前预约买票，这个季节厦门人不多挺好的。吃了网红的阿二酸笋面和局口拌面，从酒店走着去就行，旁边也还有很多别的大排档，还有星巴克，不过厦门大排档的价位也不便宜，局口拌面也不便宜，二个人也能吃个一百多块钱。

  首先呢，该酒店是第二次入住，第一次是帮家人预订，这次是亲自入住。前台服务热情，给免费升级了房间，因为有老人，升级的房间还是比较安静，酒店应该是是老酒店了，装修有点过时，墙纸有外翘现象，窗帘有点合不拢，但影响不大，卫生呢，还好，基本可以接受，毕竟价位在那摆着呢，这个酒店最大的优点就是位置好，在思北路上，距离中山路非常近，门口不远公交很多，到哪里都很方便，早餐自助，可选品种也还好，服务态度比较满意。建议酒店进一步改善基础设施，以争取更多客户！
