总体还不错，预定的是精品客房，都是双床的，但是和酒店协调后很快就调为了大床。还算满意吧。

坑爹，还不如去住经济酒店，房间很旧，窗户有灰尘，特别是旧家具味道太重，根本无法忍受，浴缸不能用，空调不行，真是后悔五百多的房费，早知道就住喜来登了，看来以后住还是要选国际大酒店。

1、居然白天不开放中央空调，晚七点才开放，大清早就被冻醒了。号称准五星的酒店就这样的服务吗？还不如如家等商务酒店。
2、早晨相当一般，不像这个级别酒店的标准。
3、有线电视还是最原始的那种，一共估计也就20个频道吧。
其他房间大小等还行，但是冷已经让我忘记了这些

可以看出酒店以前还是不错的设施。
只是不知道为什么感觉没有如何管理可言。
房间内的设备缺乏维护，使用不便。
没有空调只有冷风没有暖气，房间冷得只好要来2个电暖气扇。
结账只有一位工作人员。
发票打不出来等了30分钟也没人主动来解决。
唉
