总台服务态度很好，帮我们把房间升级到湖景房，门童服务态度也不错，还给介绍厦门旅游景点。酒店周围环境不错，夜景真美，干净舒适。出去玩打的比较方便。美中不足的是早餐品种不多。

1、第一天订的湖景房，第二天改订了亲子主题房，孩子实在是太喜欢大嘴猴这个系列了！入住进屋就抱住大嘴猴系列玩具不撒手了！除了大嘴猴毛绒玩具，酒店还特意准备了小滑梯、小帐篷、小地毯，大嘴猴系列儿童拖鞋、洗漱用品！孩子这几天背着大嘴猴小背包出去玩，抱着大嘴猴睡觉，离店的时候跟大嘴猴依依不舍…… 铂尔曼酒店亲子主题房间这个创意，真是不错～～
2、重点感谢一下铂尔曼的前台接待：1）入住第一天，接待的小姐很细心，语气很温柔，值得点赞；2）今天离店回到北京，才发现落了一个手提袋在前台，电话打过去，电话那一头是一位帅哥（事后知道叫杨涛，英文名Tom），服务态度超赞，立马帮我找到，还主动要求加我微信，不到半个小时已经把快递叫好，按这个速度估计明后天就能发到北京了！
特别感谢铂尔曼酒店，一次美好的亲子之旅，感谢酒店精心准备的亲子主题房间，尤其要感谢前台的杨涛先生，谢谢Tom的专业服务和敬业态度～～
