入住酒店整体体验很好，地理位置出行方便，前往各个景点四通八达，完美避开所有拥挤路段，酒店在厦门最美环岛路边上，对面是沙滩走路过去五分钟，酒店早餐丰盛，中餐厅很有特色值得一试，入住期间经理小阚服务周到，细心，下次回厦门首选

酒店很新，配套也都齐全，周围特别安静，大堂吧出去，过个地下通道，就能到海边，景色特别好。靠近机场，适合商务人士选择。离游玩区例如中山路有一定距离，打车大概四五十块。酒店早餐也不错，品种多，很喜欢餐厅的装修风格。要特别感谢前台的小姑娘Ivy安排了高楼层的房间，景观特别好。出门忘了带房卡，服务中心的Lynn马上通知人送房卡上来，特别感谢。退房的时候Kin还帮忙叫了出租车，很周到。下次来厦门，依然会选择香格里拉。

喝水的杯子上沾满了不知道是什么东西，每一个都是这样的，立马就觉得很不爽！服务也一般，特别是游泳池前台的女服务员，老公去咨询游泳事宜，爱答不理的，没有见过哪个酒店的服务是这样的，确实有待改善。周边吃东西很不方便，带孩子不适合，离海边需要走一段时间，隔了好几条马路！
