明明提前订好的单间 到达时前台却告知单间没房了 要给我换标间双床 还说不同意的话叫我申请退房 最主要两个男服务员中有一个语气特别不好 让人感觉特别不舒服。入住好几次了都感觉挺好的，就是此次对酒店的诚信和服务特别不满︶︿︶

两室一厅的房间很宽敞，4大两小，都很满意。早餐只有两张免费券，种类不多，很家常，也还行啦。配套很完善，适合家庭出行，很有家的感觉，住着都不太想走啦……。卫生很棒，宝贝不穿鞋跑来跑去，袜子都没有很脏。周边地铁施工，也没有很吵。对面的万象城，吃喝玩逛都很棒。除了偏僻外，没啥毛病，以后出门都去它们家住，非常合适我们这种家庭出行。

酒店设施不错，服务也不错，只是不敢恭维周边环境，楼下在地铁施工，已有三年了，晚上吵到零点后，白天五点左右就开始了！！！房间内空调是设定好的，想冷，想热由不得客人，也由不得酒店！如果在厦门参加旅游团，早出晚归的，可以选择该酒店，如果想休闲度假，每天自然醒，可能您要失望了！
