酒店很偏僻，而且是自动定的双床房，记住，自动下单的是双人床房，我定过这么多次酒店，头一次是自动双床的，都是自动的大床房，而且也没有提示，弄的很尴尬，酒店太偏僻，十一点才到，而且还有很多蚊子，还有蝙蝠，简直了，不会去第二次，一点没有五星的感觉，住过最差劲的五星级酒店！失望

由于自己定时候失误，本来订的第二天房间结果定成当晚房间，结果第二天要去入住才发现，酒店也没有提醒，到了直接说不能入住，说前一天给我开好了，没入住也要付款，你帮我开好看我一个晚上没有去入住，酒店你连一个电话都没有，不想影响家人出玩心情，现场偷偷另外定了，重新付款入住！入住后，酒店一点表示没有，太心凉了，完全没有五星酒店的温馨！失望！本人是有过错，酒店看客人没有入住不懂得要电话确定吗？！
