酒店给升级到了套房。整体都挺好，就是酒店前台的员工不是很友善，对待客人没有五星级酒店该有的礼貌礼仪。入住的房间床上爬蚂蚁，凌晨四点多就扰得没睡着。后来服务员确认后也及时帮忙喷了蚂蚁药并换了床上用品，大堂副理及客房领班也表示了歉意。总体还算满意。

这也可以算是五星级吗？我想也只有外观五星吧 卫生打扫真的不到位，前一位住客的外卖筷子还留着 客房的浴室及墙顶卫生也很脏 上午退房 散客那边的接待前台居然没人？要去团队那边 那设立两种性质的前台干嘛呢？五星酒店看不到任何服务 一个个服务员都板着个脸 全程没笑容也看不到服务 不推荐

这样酒店的前台还是第一次碰到！以后绝对不会再入住这里！第一天办理入住的时候这个女前台就像家里有事一样，六岁小孩也必须登记，完了住三晚都付完房费了结果给我做了个一天的房卡，第二天碰见的前台还算不错，房卡做了两天又换了房间，之前前台给了个最烂的D区，我真不知道她咋想的，明明带着小孩子还非得噪音吵的我们睡不着，房间更不用多说了，又干又小，根本不透气，隔音就跟没做一样，隔壁打喷嚏咳嗽说话基本能听个八九不离十！早餐就跟打发人一样，总之下一次绝对不会再入住这里！

离机场很近，打车15分钟就能到，酒店非常大，设施比较全，有好几个餐厅可以用餐，旁边有个小广场，晚上非常热闹
