酒店业务水平非常差，我订了14个房间全部给我搞错了，导致好几个客人没有成功入住酒店。
前台服务人员态度也非常差，多次与我的客人进行争吵并辱骂我的客人！
非常失望，以后有任何朋友有想法去住这间酒店，我都会进行极力反对！！！

很偏僻，出行很不方便。酒店大厅在修电路，只有一个应急灯，好像黑店。前台说话硬邦邦的，客人来了，招呼都不打，你不说话，就好像没你这个人，感受很不好。

不同楼层三个房间，极烂！！希望同城平台可以来考察一下现场，看看楼梯，闻闻房间的异味，现场感受一下！我掏钱请平台人员入住，亲身感受！这种烂地方你们也加到平台旗下？坑人啊！！！好好的旅游心情被糟蹋了，交了两天钱，只住一天，不允许退房，强迫入住！！建议大家别订，实在订也只订一天，只要钱交了，就别想退！

订了不同楼层 三个房间，每个房间都很脏，有异味，马桶旁边还有很多虫子在爬！！！一晚上没法睡，隔壁穿拖鞋都听到，没法睡！订了两天，只住一晚上，还不允许我退房！只要交了订金，就不能退房，强迫入住！！

公司订给客人住的。订了很多次，环境很好，可以看海，吃饭也很方便，公司每次都订在这家酒店，客人挺满意的。好评！
