  我们在湘潭住过的管理最完善，服务最用心的酒店。亲子房各种细节都布置得很到位，孩子非常喜欢。整个酒店的品味都很高，还有提供各种贴心的免费服务，免费的洗衣服务解决了炎炎夏日一身臭汗的问题，两个小时就洗好烘干送回来了。免费宵夜品质也很不错。以后回湘潭就只住这家了。

  酒店位置在繁华大道上，停车场很大，前台接待员非常热情，早餐种类很多，但凉菜很少，房间感觉光线暗。临走时在电梯遇到12号引导员非常热情主动帮助提行李到车上，让我们很感动

  入住酒店很惊喜，没有想到3线城市有环境这么好的酒店，服务很好，一进酒店就有倒水的工作人员，到前台办理入住也很专业，前台小林办理入住介绍很详细，有免费夜宵，免费洗衣服还有很多其它免费服务，所以抱着试试的心态，点了一份汤圆，送过来的是一位管家女工作人员036号，服务态度很好，大半夜还送了汤圆，很值得推荐入住
