  酒店干净整洁，房间很有特色，前台服务员王俊月，曾玉成 很贴心，有求必应，沟通顺畅、自然。房间还配有无线充电器，光电玻璃也很有意思。

  大堂王艳荣服务态度超级好，酒店设施很新，房间备有无线充电，入住后电视上还有客人姓名，很贴心奈斯，就是温泉和会所没有开放，刚到的那天下雨有风，只能在淘气堡玩了好久；酒店离奇幻谷好近，走路就可以到，在窗台上还能听到达芬奇飞翔的叫声，可以看到奇幻谷的夜景。

  所有的员工包括前台保洁餐厅厨师服务态度都非常好，还带小朋友回房间。奇趣乐园只适合六岁左右的小孩，太无聊了。汤泉比较有特点，像温泉和洗浴中心结合体。自助餐很好品种丰富性价比高。唯一吐槽的就是床太硬，不如干脆铺木板好了。

  带小朋友来过圣诞节的，酒店感觉很好，还给我们升级了套房，小朋友也很喜欢，表示下次还想来，前台员工赵茜，带我们进房间的员工冯景冉服务都很好，价格也挺划算的，属于性价比很高的了。
