  前台服务快捷，热情，房间卫生整洁舒适，入住时还送有水果，周边有超市商场，小吃街，特别方便。退房时还有贴心小礼物，服务人员耐心了解入住体验，专业有素质，非常好的一家老牌星级酒店。一定会再次入住。

  上次住新乡宾馆应该是6年前了，这次回去又住在了这里，惊讶的是服务有了很大的提升。服务人员都很友好，每天都有果盘赠送，临走还送了一盒特产山楂。虽然房间还是几年前的装修，但维护的还不错，加装的感应灯也是很贴心的。 每个城市都有以城市名称命名的宾馆，曾经能住在那里也是一种骄傲，但在各种连锁品牌的冲击下她们已基本不复当年的荣光，且在“国营”、“铁饭碗”的背景下也常见到恶劣的服务态度。新乡宾馆能够与众不同做到这样细致和贴心的服务确实值得认真去点评和表扬。

  可能是新乡最好的酒店之一了吧！想要更高档的就只能住郑州去了。酒店地理位置比较好，在市中心，周边吃的也很多，房间面积较大，该有的都有，停车方便，服务人员态度也很好，晚上睡觉前送牛奶，退房的时候送了当地特产小礼品，推荐大家来新乡的时候住这里

  凭良心说，新乡酒店硬件设施相当于北上广三星以上，四星不足的水平，不过应该已经是当地最好的酒店了吧！虽然硬件差了点，好在地理位置比较好，在市中心，周边吃的也很多，房间面积较大，该有的都有，停车方便，服务人员态度也很好，晚上睡觉前送牛奶，退房的时候送了当地特产小礼品，推荐大家来新乡的时候住这里

  是我这次河南之旅性价比最高的酒店，服务态度好，房间虽有点小，但干净。服务态度非常好，有牛奶水果免费送，还有，大瓶矿泉水免费用，早餐更是没得说，丰盛，味道不错，特别是胡辣汤比外面的好吃多啦。
