  房间设施和服务态度真的是差的不行 我住的房间里开门关门都得使劲拽，床头灯关不了，只能拧灯泡，电视连不上网，淋浴开关一摸就掉下来了，吹风机吹的风还没我嘴吹的大 服务态度更是没法说，第一天入住让去前台反应床头灯说一会让人去，然后就没信了，晚上睡觉没办法，把灯泡拧了，第二天回去发现打扫房间把我牙齿矫正的平导给扔了(在床头柜上放着，挺显眼的)，去找前台三四次才有人来(四点多去找的，快6点才来)，进了屋子翻着翻那的最后说问下打扫得保洁阿姨，然后又没信了，到最后没办法了又去找前台，前台说给你问了没看到，我说垃圾袋扔了吗能不能找一下，前台说垃圾袋已经扔了没法找(下午四点多拖到快七点我也是醉了)，然后过了十几分钟打电话说垃圾袋找了没有(刚刚还说已经扔了没法找，过了不到十几分钟就说找了没有)，我着实没法相信 体验最差的一个酒店，特别是服务态度

  房间很旧，虽然在十八楼，但是在火车站，汽车站对面，车流量很大，很吵，严重影响睡眠。另，标间居然只有一条毛巾，一条浴巾，服务台让我向服务员要，难道不是酒店应该提前准备好么？浴室湿区的水流到干区，使得干去水漫金山。厕所没有准备手指，这是酒店么？？？
