  生平第一次给差评！先说前台，办理个入住，人站着看不见，递证件一直不接，好不容易办了，第一个房间完全臭味冲天，推辞说地毯清洗了让我们加钱住别的楼层，我凭什么加啊不住了，听说不住了又说可以换一个，行，换，从中午住进去开始一直吵吵。再说服务员，楼层服务员说话声音简直了，楼道里大声随意吼叫，晚上也是一直吵吵，说了小点声休息了，没用，时不时吼！还有房间隔音效果很差！牙刷又硬又掉毛，刷毛一刷就掉，注意，是部分掉！很气！而且牙龈直接刷流血了！本来家里人说你别给人家差评，不管干嘛，与人方便！昨天退房后就换了别的酒店住。但是！今天起来发现昨天退房时项链落在房间了。打电话给酒店一直说找找，又说没有，又说昨天打扫人员下班了……呵呵，让我们自己找……想不明白了。这酒店地理位置不错……怎么就不好好管理经营呢……
