三鼎华悦把客人的感受做到了极致：
1.前台办理入住，除了给我升级房型，美女前台小姐姐还亲自把行李送到房间；
2.早餐种类是我见过的星级酒店里面最丰盛的；
3.退房时候，除了把发票装到一个防水的发票袋里外，还赠送了水，小零食和随身干洗工具，真是太周到了。

好久没有住过这么舒心的酒店了，真正的感受到了宾至如归的感觉！无论是大门的疫情防控，还是前台的登记接待，还是餐厅的热情服务，还有充电时的热情帮助 ，都给我留下了非常深的印象。特别是前台接待及一站式服务，让我无以言表，只能说一句：太贴心了！
