  本次住店体验太差了，前台的小姐姐拉着一张脸，说话非常不友好，爱住不住，好像我欠她钱一样，如果不是因为太晚，我肯定会要求退款，重新找酒店，真不知道酒店为什么要录用这样的服务态度的前台接待，太影响酒店形象了（所以的宾至如归，那是不可能的），也影响我对徐州的印象。如果服务态度差点，硬件设施好点，也就算了，可惜……办理完入住手续后，前台告知，夜里2点房间空调会被全部关闭，第二天早上7点后回复，因为已经非常晚到酒店，所以想好好休息，所以也不想计较。果然，大半夜还是被热醒，哎！终于忍到早晨7点又有冷气，没想到9点又没有冷气，简直要奔溃。匆匆收拾行李准备退房，没想到大厅的空调冷到不行，我真想问问这家酒店的领导是怎么想，客房热的要死，大厅里的空调冷得像冰库，这是什么意思？ 再说硬件，淋浴室的门根本关不来，洗完澡卫生间的地上都是水，鞋子都湿了！再说卫生间的门，也是关不上的，要用垃圾桶挡住，哎……真是非常生气??如果不想花钱买罪受，慎重

  住宿环境非常不错，楼层越高风景很好，床睡的很舒服，卫生打扫的也非常干净，住的跟家一样，美中不足的地方就是早餐不太好吃！

  垃圾酒店，我真服了是怎么评上的星级。入住后发现空调噪音太大，空调大春节初三下半夜不出热风了，却出冷风，通知房务中心没人搭理，酒店为了是节能减排还是省电，房间温度到了8度，却一个单被子，孩子冻的睡不着，我却感冒了。早上吃早餐更惨了，吃的只有干货没有湿货，咽不下去，等了半小时上了各种汤类却不给碗，众多人排队等碗，在这里上演了什么叫一碗难求。水果我们等了一小时没有上，饭菜更不要说了，头轮吃了一直不上，找前台她说不是她负责的事情，建议找厨师，妈啊！我还的自己做饭吗？建议取消星级酒店。

  早餐可以，有停车位超够，在贾旺中心区"算'不错的，靠区政府，交通便利，可帶小孩，适合出差，性价比高，下次还来。
