  一家非常不错的酒店，设施设备很新，房间里小度非常方便，只要语音呼唤就可以进行操控。给我感觉最安全的还是该酒店的疫情防控工作做的非常到位，不光要登记还要出示各种码、测体温，虽然繁琐，但是我觉得还是有必要做的，酒店服务很热情，每一步都会引导我怎么做，很赞！下次还来。

  酒店非常新，而且比较职能，有小度可以帮忙控制灯光。走路就可以到机场，但是又没有很吵。房间面积比较可观，床也很舒服！

  第一次入住机场金陵嘉珑智选酒店，原本以为交通不便，结果发现无论是去航站楼还是去高铁站都是非常方便。自驾可以直接上高架，搭车不仅有正规出租，还有多条公交线路直达市区。而且酒店靠近大洋湾景区，旅游观光、吃饭购物都是非常方便！如果去大纵湖东晋水城还有旅游直通车从景区南门直达。当然，更值得一提的是这是一家有温度的酒店，从前台到客房，从餐厅到安保，每一位您能遇到的服务人员都待客非常热情，对顾客服务需求的响应速度绝佳！前台各种温馨提醒，由于疫情餐厅临时关闭，按顾客需求准时送餐到客房，且前台个性化帮助顾客记录定制了喜欢的早餐品类。客房入住还赠送了欢迎水果。离店时，前台还体贴的为顾客着想，根据交通出行时间需求延迟了退房时间。如果一定要找一些不足，就是淋浴间花洒出水量大，和下水速度不成正比，且淋浴门下方无挡水条，导致浴室地面有些积水。但这是设计的硬件问题，和服务人员没有关系。通知客房人员后第一时间致歉，立刻打扫，并为顾客准备了多条地巾，且每日更换地巾时都额外多准备了几条。这虽是小事，但让顾客非常感动，说明顾客的需求服务人员都记在了心里，且努力的用服务弥补硬件的不足，而且酒店各部门衔接顺畅，如此优质的服务，不得不为酒店全体员工点赞！最后，感谢你们春节假期辛勤的付出，祝福你们新的一年工作顺利！阖家幸福！

  房间干净整洁，服务周到暖心，尤其是在机场旁边却一点也不吵，整晚休息的很好。早餐也很丰盛，只是早上要赶着出去，没能好好享受。缺点就是可以叫的外卖很少，而且要很久，可能是在机场旁边的原因酒店的午餐和晚餐性价比不高，而且用时较久长。整体而言这家酒店是一个很不错的选择。
