我是经常去闸波玩滴，也经常住在海聆星汇这间酒店，这次十分不开心，酒店热水器没热水，电视机看不到。然后换另一外一间洗手间冲凉，在冲凉时服务员没敲门就直接进去了。这样的设施，这样的服务。有一点很好就是前台服务员还可以。

酒店算新，但地板明顯沒有拖過的，很多沙塵，我仲二樓，玻璃趟門是壞的，不能鎖，別人很輕易就能從外面爬進來，最重要一點，我是3尾去的，海陵島還是很冷，房間的綿被很薄一張，冷得我第二天要叫服務員加綿被，但結果說是要加收10元，沒有辦法還要仲兩天，所以最後也加了。

十一自驾游家人多就定了套房，酒店位置很好楼下就有很多饭店。不巧这几天遇到台风“彩虹”，挺恐怖的。出岛的大坝被封了只能又多住了一天，不过老板很好人，给了优惠的价格，还把员工餐让给我们这些旅客吃。有待提善的地方还是很多的，房间硬件总感觉有问题，电视没有信号，打给前台半天才修好，半夜空调失灵，打给维修人员来换电路板。空调的出风口设计的也有问题，直吹床头，打给服务人员几次都没有下文，退房的时候最可笑，打扫房间的阿姨懒洋洋的走路，让我在前台等了快半个小时。
