产品说明不清，我订房时本来就没有选附楼房间，最后到了酒店却给了附楼的房间我，那网上选附楼与不选附楼有什么区别？楼下还没看到服务员，一幢房子没有一点人气，怕怕的，所用的酒店用具如被子、浴巾等，旧到不能再旧了，总体来说这酒店除了温泉还行，其他就不敢恭维了

老牌温泉度假酒店，设施相对陈旧，餐厅开门时间不合理，很多游客如果超过晚上7点半到度假村，就得开车到国道上的农家乐去吃饭。

浸温泉与泳池的水质都算好，周边环境欠打理，早餐品种少不好吃，住附楼偏辟吾方便，房间很久无人住。

住附楼偏辟出入要叫车不方便，房间很久无人住，异味很浓，好彩我有9人去，不是就怕怕，周边玩境欠打理，此行一般。

同一天订房，3333元告知6房别墅没有房，然后价格变了3999，接着再订，居然订房成功…感觉便宜的时候没房，提价后有房…很坑…重点是同一天，同一天，同一天…订房时间只差一小时不够
