  第一次去黄金敏岸入住，首先感觉呢找酒店有点乱，因为导航是直接把你导到售楼处，因为刚好碰到下雨，经常要下车问路比较麻烦，公寓办理入住你要首先去1栋办理，你要把车开进停车场，再上一楼拿房卡，一楼又分很多家公寓前台，所以你要每一家去找，有一个好处就是不用押金，然后我预订的时候是写着1栋，结果子母房是分配到了42栋，然后我们又要提着行李下到负一层再开车过去42栋，房间照片没怎么拍，但在阳台望出去也算对得起海景房了，床比较软，卫生就是简洁干净，毕竟是公寓没啥计划的！重点来了~~去敏捷住一定要去白蒲村吃海鲜，因为真的超级便宜，自己买海鲜带去餐厅加工或者回公寓煮也可以啦~两天的旅程就在雨天度过，但是陪伴比什么都重要！公寓还是值得推荐的！

  带着小孩子，位置挺好，有游乐设施，私人海滩，泳池很不错，视线也可以？ 不足的是……退房早入住晚，洗手盆没有盖子，冰箱还有上个旅客放在酒店的冰西瓜……

  已经是第二次入住了，但这次订的是海景双床房，住的是43栋607，楼层实在太低了，厕所每天都有一股下水沟臭味，简直是投诉无门，住了三个晚上都要给熏晕了，附近有一家超市性价比挺高，5包红烧牛肉面才5.8元，水晶湖泳池池底瓷砖都有些破烂，游泳的时候要注意，沙滩的宵夜摊消费可高，烧鸡翅18元一只，我们第一天去了免费的沙滩，感觉没有收费的沙滩好玩，第二天去了闸波农贸市，附近很多卖手信的店铺，8元一包紫菜，38元一斤菠萝蜜干，38元一斤鱼干，海鲜的价格感觉这次比去年的涨高了，而且小心被骗，我们买了三个花蟹75元一斤280元，结果有一只蟹肉霉的，赖尿虾120元一斤10只也要280元，虽然说都有膏，但感觉肉质都不是很新鲜也不够厚实，最划算的是圣子王，88元吃了两顿。第三天我们去了广东海上丝绸之路，28分钟的路程，车停外面需要收费20元，门票还是在网上提前预定划算，现场购票要80元。最不好的是这里住停车每天要收取20元停车费，这里周边吃的挺多，不过又贵又不好吃。

  来海陵岛这两天让我最难忘的还是这海鲜大餐啊，据说是网红餐厅89号渔船海鲜饭店……所以跟朋友们去打卡了，刚好离我们住的地方特别的近，听说他家的海鲜不错👍嘿嘿，闻名不如尝试！真是好吃又新鲜到爆，环境干净整洁，服务态度也是没有话说了，价格也是比附近其他餐厅要实惠……真心推荐来海陵岛玩的朋友们想要吃海鲜一定要到89号渔船试试，推荐！笔芯！哈哈

  装修陈旧，厕所发出异味，被子潮湿，窗帘发霉。我住九楼，等电梯要等15分钟以上。环境很不好，地面很脏。差差差评。
