酒店位于市中心，靠近春城公园，交通很方便，晚上可以在公园散步。酒店的设施齐全，二楼就有餐厅，菜的品种也比较多且好吃。酒店前台和楼层的服务员都是非常热情，耐心介绍酒店的情况，服务很到位，且房间卫生干净。唯一一点欠缺的是晚上楼下的广场舞声音比较大，幸好9点前基本安静。

凌晨三点到酒店给我说早上八点必须退房，我订的时间你怎么不说一下联系一下，还叫我取消，本来这个是不可取消的你叫我怎么取消？完全就是垃圾酒店还是四星就这样的服务！害我重新订其他酒店！并且还扣了我全部房费！打12345投诉都没用

酒店服务极差，加被子要加钱。理由是酒店有开暖气所以加被子才要加钱。第一次听到这么雷人理由。过来住最好不要期待有什么客房服务
