提前一天和酒店的餐厅预定好第二天晚上位子，结果给的不是我预定的。我们问了有什么加收的费用，回答是没有的。
等第二天我们开了自带的白酒，服务员来说自带酒水一瓶加收150元，这是酒店的规定不要让她们难做，还有个什么总监（女）来说我们这里就是这样，我现在已经和你说了，只要你喝了到时候我们就收费。我们嗓门大点，说我们来吵架的。谁有空大年三十吵架，餐饮经理和气和我们沟通问题，那个总监好下岗了，态度太差，当地唯一五星级酒店提供的是这样的服务。

冲着阳朔当地唯一五星酒店预定的，可酒店服务实在没有五星的感受。入住的房间在电梯厅边上提出换里面一点的，结果提供了其他楼最里面的一个房间，这种伎俩实在太小儿科了。年三十停在酒店车费还翻倍涨价，实在是玩了这么多地方重没有遇到的五星酒店。
