One of the best hotels I have been to, probably the best in China! I was planning to stay one night, but fell in love with the hotel and extended one more night!!! I was totally impressed, it was better than expected!
Everyone in the reception was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. They also upgraded my room for free (unexpected surprise)!!
The view was breathtaking, and it looked like a landscape painting. The overall environment was warm and quiet. The location was great, transportation was convenient, with hotel buggy helping with transfer from one building to another, and the room was super clean, good for fussy people like me.
The housekeepers, Xiaoying and Xiaogu, were very thoughtful and helped me solve many problems. There is a wechat group where there's a group of people working in the hotel to help solve problems, and the response is immediate! Also, the photographer, Cai Cai, took beautiful photos with great photography skills!! I also loved the dress I rented from the shop. ??
Such a memorable stay, will definitely come again!! ??
