因为去年家人住的都很满意，所以今年就没考虑别家。服务质量一如既往的好。硬要说不满意的就是今年出入小区需要交停车费了。虽然钱不多，进进出出总是要缴费心情也是有点不美丽😂

定了两间，一个两卧室和三卧室的，三卧室的是下叠别墅，就是有一个房间和客厅是在地下一层跟楼房的地下一层有区别，采光没问题，就是有些潮。酒店去养马岛很近，我一直以为这个别墅是海景房，其实不是。周围吃饭的地方比较少得开车去。两卧室的没有洗衣机三卧室的有。客房服务基本没有，说是两三天会派人来收拾换洗。房子跟房子挨得太近，厨房用具齐全但是没有调料自己带。油烟机是西门子的，空调是海尔的，电饭煲是九阳的，热水壶是苏泊尔的。价格略贵

这次入住应该是我这好多年使用艺龙最曲折的一次了。实话来说服务也比较尽心，但确是我很不舒服的一次。首先不是酒店式概念，到别墅门口我谁也找不到，让我带着孩子在门卫处等着还有热水等等……其实就是中介转租其他人的房子，所以很乱。当然有这种形式的租房，但应该说明，艺龙更不应该把这种形式的房子整理成酒店形式的。超烂，严重差评！

小独院，整个社区环境非常好。房间设施简陋了些，味道很重，可能是和物业结构有关。很热情，很好。
