酒店屋内电话没有链接服务部的，打电话给前台，请帮忙拿个碟子，前台不管，还让我去高层自己找服务人员，我问电话也说不知道，说反正去楼道里边就能找到服务员！！！我真是醉了！我只是需要一个碟子啊，还得去酒店各个层找服务员！！！办理入住的时候前台还一直推荐要办理金卡！我也是醉了

酒店在商圈里，紧邻商场，逛街吃饭很方便。酒店大堂很干净，很漂亮，中间的摩托车很抢眼！走路到金沙滩需要15分钟，比较近。

酒店还是不错的 房间不错 健身房不错 唯一有缺陷的是 前台的工作人员希望酒店严格甄选和培训 保证酒店的质量 第一印象非常重要 其他的工作人员服务非常好 十分感谢 另 在携程上酒店的信息里有儿童乐园 但酒店并没有此项设施 请严格核查信息 避免给其他客人造成干扰

大堂的一位男经理非常好，忘了叫什么名字了，叫“李毅”？看我第一次来，又是升房，又是送早餐的，体会到了烟台人民的热情，体验非常好。房间不大，但一应俱全，一个人出来玩够够的！
