这真是一家硬件和软件都跟不上的酒店。房间新装修有点味道我可以接受 但是卫生间反味是什么鬼！害我往卫生间喷了一屋子的香水。早餐接待一位穿白衣服的大姐报了两次房间号都听不清 人比较多 没有餐盘了 还要自己去找服务人员要 办理退房的时候前台人员先是因为一位韩国客人信用卡刷卡不正确反复操作耽误很长时间 后等我结账时 居然把我的信用卡和别的客人搅混了 问我您给的卡怎么不对？如果有下次 多加钱去周围别的酒店 或是少点钱去汉庭之类的快捷 这个酒店真是 就卫生间反味这点 我真是完全无法接受

早餐很棒，中西都有。床睡得很舒适，孩子特别喜欢，服务态度也很好，新酒店配有空气净化器，周边就是万达和爱琴海，购物吃饭很方便。
