我是外地的去烟台牟平参加考试。我觉得这个是政府宾馆代表一个市区的门面，所以我选择了它，可我觉得不配叫政府宾馆，15号值班的前台服务态度特别差，我让服务员过来打扫一下卫生，前台过来的，说服务员不在，看我们是一家三口，就说你们三个人，这是双人房要加60。说实话，我真没见过按人头算的宾馆，我跟我妈一张床，我爸一张床，怎么了。我说你们欺骗消费者，加钱就得加床，前台匆匆走了，我登记入住的时候我家人就在旁边，那时候怎么不说，现在押金交了300，钱在你们那想怎么扣怎么扣，可你们是在欺骗消费者，给你们政府宾馆丢人，看我们外地来的好欺负，艺龙酒店没有显示我的入住信息，我知道在外起码的礼貌，我说请问为什么我的手机没显示入住，前台一副很屌，很不礼貌的态度跟我说这不归我们管，我怎么知道。语气特别不好，我说我就是问问，他还一副嘲讽的表情，我说你服务态度真棒。出了宾馆门口发现没带钥匙，我返回时路过前台，前台说，呵，看你那小脾气。我真的没见过态度这么不好的前台，而且还是政府宾馆。第二天退房，另一个前台在，虽然并没有扣60，但是15号值班的前台严重影响了我的心情，我打了前台上摆着的举报电话竟然是空号，你们就这样骗人吗
