据说给升级了房间，看着还是又小又拥挤。本来就是定个豪华大床房给安排个楼头还很小，比在上海定的酒店看起来还糟糕。

孩子放假了，带家人一起到烟台散心。入住酒店前台小姑娘十分有礼貌，服务态度非常好，房间干净整洁，位置也十分不错，硬件设施也不错，十分推荐。

酒店客服很热情，送水又送水果。过来出差住了两天，给了一个非常好的体验。特别是疫情期间，酒店的房间环境及清洁工作做的很好。再次谢谢酒店为住客赠送的水果。
