酒店地理位置不错，离烟台火车站和汽车站都不远，交通很方便。房间很干净；客房服务很好，还送水果，电脑和电视一体很方便。只是装潢旧了一点。

机场出来直接乘坐民航大巴到酒店，很方便；酒店的前台、客房和餐厅服务员都很认真，热情周到，服务态度很好；自助餐经济实惠，很不错。推荐！

酒店早餐吃的很好，品种丰富，星期三有特价；房间床单，被套很干净；客房服务很好，有送小礼品，但酒店设施需要改进，装潢比较旧！交通很方便，机场大巴直接到.

烟台民航大厦是四星级酒店，感觉有点像是落寞的贵族，整体不太满意，与四星级酒店有点差距，优点是有一些贴心服务，比如有送一支大的牙
