  感激酒店免费为我升级套房，在房间里可以一览无遗的观看海景，房间配备齐全，卫生间洗澡间干湿分离，冰箱放了免费的冷饮，水果篮里放了免费水果，管家周到的准备了银耳茶，外边回来看到这周到的服务心里好温暖，下次来烟台一定还到这里住哦！特别是小曲的服务态度相当到位！

  酒店服务很好，有问题及时解决，没有推脱，服务人员也很好，孙家丽刘培卿两位老师服务很周到。酒店离第一海水浴场很近，大概走一百多米。房间也很舒服，每天都有送水果。因为一点小问题给换了一间房，浴缸旁能看到大海，泡澡看海很幸福了

  来烟台选择住在百纳瑞汀太正确了，地点就在海边儿，交通也十分方便，附近可以沿着海边溜达到滨海广场和烟台山，附近还有很多网红餐厅可以打卡。办理入住时前台的一萌小姐姐服务特别好，还给我们升级到了海景套房，进门就是大海可太美了。房间干净整洁，设施齐全，总之一百个赞！

  我们住的是行政海景房，很不错的入住体验，房间干净卫生，水也特别好，拖鞋都是经过消毒的，天气转凉了，准备的睡衣都是加厚的，很用心，还特地给孩子准备了礼物，口罩，还有新鲜的水果，尤其是为我们服务的孙家丽女士，真的好贴心，临退房又给孩子送来了小礼物，水，还有洗好的水果，服务真的很好。

  位置很好，离烟台山、滨海广场、第一海水浴场都不远。前台帅哥给免费升级到行政房，可以在休息室欣赏海景。虽然设施有一定年限，但保养很好，服务更是细心细致，从染发枕巾、烟台苹果、留言条都可以体现出来，特别要表扬管家孙家丽、徐文清两位管家，下次来烟台会再次入住。
