🚗 交通：有公交可以直达，如果是烟台站的话还不错，二三十分钟；烟台高铁站就惨了，一个多小时。
🍃环境：靠近金沙滩，走路十多分钟，最近的小路在修，人少有压力。无共享单车，很遗憾。园林式酒店，还行。
🧹卫生：将就，房间不大，比较干净。
🔔服务：还好吧。

1.设施：宾馆确实很老了，红木装修风格，沙发磨损比较厉害，壁纸是暗米色带花纹儿的那种，整体看起来像穿越到八十年代初。有个很大的阳台，可以晾一下湿衣服，这个很好。
2.卫生：虽然设施老旧，但卫生状况还是不错的，保洁很尽心。
3.餐饮：没在宾馆吃饭，周边吃饭还算方便。
4.交通：从开发区金沙滩过来，打车30，也有公交到宾馆附近。去海滩，从小后门走路7、8分钟，从正门走路15分钟左右。
5.环境：疗养院设计，带个小花园，挺好的。
整体推荐，适合普通大众。

酒店位置好，距离金沙滩步行十分钟，停车场很大而且免费，不用担心停车问题。房间隔音好，早餐也比较丰盛。
