酒店在养马岛附近，可以就近看海吃海鲜，门口也有超市电影院什么的，但是离市中心比较远，出行不是特别方便。小院儿的环境还不错的，到大堂有点儿远，得提前打电话叫电瓶车。房间不小，空调晚上睡觉时有点儿吹，关了又热。洗浴用品都是olive的，质量尚可。服务还行吧。

别墅区的环境非常好，性价比挺高的。前台服务人员非常亲切。酒店还有直达机场的车辆，价格也不贵。下次再来烟台，还会选择这家店

酒店别墅区的环境特别好，两家人住别墅很划算。服务态度也非常好，酒店旁边还有水上乐园，上岛开车也不远。下次还会选择这里

预订的度假小院，没房，给换成海景大床房，不知算升级还是降级了（携程客服告诉我是免费升级），反正费用没加没减。海景大床房房间太小了！太小了！而且房间一股难闻的海腥味，空调里发出来的，凌晨味道最大，卫生间地漏也反味儿。强烈建议大家不要去住，性价比完全不匹配

离牟平车站很近，别墅区，服务周到，房间干净整洁，保安和保洁及前台人员服务态度非常好，房间2室2厅小错层有厨房可以自己做饭，墙裂推荐。
