酒店设施虽显陈旧，但干净整洁，空间宽敞。位置不错，离海滨浴场很近，步行400米左右就到了，烟台不大，到其他地方一般起步价就可以到达。酒店的服务态度很好，亲切友好，很是温馨。对外出旅行的人来说是性价比比较高的选择。会建议朋友住这里。

挺好的，交通方便，卫浴设施都很好，价格也便宜，还有免费早餐，很好吃！而且客房部的工作人员特别贴心，每天都给我们留言，告知天气状况，关心我们的出行，只是因为玩的太赶都没有当面好好感谢她们。
